Business checking accounts receive a credit towards the service charge based on the average collected balance maintained. The credit is calculated based on the 90-day Treasury Bill rate for the prior month. If the average collected balance is negative, the charge is calculated and assessed based on the First International Bank & Trust Base Rate plus 2%.
